Oversized Items:
Oversized items such as tables, furniture, and other heavy or bulky items may require special shipping considerations by our shipping carrier and a surcharge may be added to the shipping price. If an item does require a shipping surcharge, we’ll contact you for approval of the shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your shopping cart.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
BebeWonders does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company.
PO Boxes:
BeBeWonders does not ship to PO Boxes.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Bebewonders, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please email our customer service department at service@bebewonders.com for a Merchandise Return Authorization number (MRA) and return to address. Include the order number, name and identify the item(s) you’d like to return.
Please insure the return package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We will only credit you for item(s) received in our warehouse. We’ll send an email when your return is processed, and you’ll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.
